1. Provider and service
linko (linko.sh) lets you shorten links, configure them, measure their clicks and publish bio pages. It is provided by Fersoft Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company organised in Delaware (file number 10321376), with its address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39885, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Contact: hola@linko.sh. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate details. Look after your credentials and API keys and tell us about any unauthorised access. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Acceptable use
Short links hide the destination until they are opened, so we are strict. You may not use linko for:
- phishing, impersonation or misleading people about where a link goes;
- distributing malware, unwanted software or deceptive downloads;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- illegal content, child sexual abuse, violence or harassment, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- evading other platforms' security filters or chaining shorteners to hide a destination.
We check destinations and review reports. We may block links, pages or accounts that break these rules, with information and a way to appeal where appropriate. Anyone visiting a link can report it by adding «+» to the end of the address.
4. Plans and prices
The Free plan costs nothing and includes 30 active links, 1 bio page and 30 days of statistics. The Pro plan includes 5,000 active links, 3 bio pages, a year of statistics and the features advertised for that plan.
Pro costs US$4.99 a month or US$39 a year. Before paying, check the price, currency, taxes and billing period on the Stripe screen: those are the amounts that apply. We may change prices for future periods with reasonable notice; no change affects a period already paid.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Pro starts when Stripe confirms the payment and renews automatically every month or year until you cancel from «My plan». If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. As a rule, partial periods are not refunded, without prejudice to withdrawal and other legal rights.
When Pro ends, your links and pages keep working with the settings they had; you just cannot add new Pro features or exceed the Free plan limits when creating or reactivating links.
6. Consumer withdrawal
If you sign up as a consumer from the European Union, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the purchase by writing to hola@linko.sh. If you asked for the service to start earlier and then withdraw, we may charge the proportional part of the service provided where the law allows it. We will refund what is due by the same payment method within 14 days at most.
7. Your content
Your content remains yours. You allow us to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the destinations of your links and the content of your bio pages, and for having the right to use the images and texts you publish.
8. API
The API is available with Pro and has reasonable usage limits (for example, 600 requests every 15 minutes per key). Do not use it to get around the service limits or to create links in bulk against these rules.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep links working at all times, but the service depends on external providers and maintenance, and we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Our liability is determined by the applicable law; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or the mandatory rights of consumers.
10. Law, disputes and changes
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and are not required to go to court in Delaware. Before making a claim, you can write to us to try to resolve it. We will publish new terms on the site and give reasonable notice of significant changes; if you disagree, you can cancel and stop using the service.
