What people usually ask us.
Is linko really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 30 active links, a bio page, QR codes and 30 days of statistics, with no card and no end date.
Do my free links expire?
No. A link only stops working if you give it a date or a click limit, pause it or delete it.
Can I change the destination of a link I already shared?
Yes, whenever you want, including a QR code you already printed. The short link stays the same.
What happens to my links if I leave Pro?
They keep working with everything they had set up: passwords, A/B tests and rules. You just cannot add new Pro features.
How do you count clicks? Do you use cookies?
We keep anonymous daily totals by country, source, system and browser. We do not store IP addresses or identifiers of whoever clicks, and we discard bots and previews from WhatsApp, Slack and the like.
What is the «+» preview?
Add + at the end of any linko link (for example, linko.sh/offer+) to see where it goes before opening it, and report it if it looks suspicious.
How do you prevent phishing and spam?
We check every destination before saving it, keep a list of blocked domains and review reports. Links that break the rules are disabled.
Do you have an API?
